Luxury rooms are perfect for budget-savvy travelers who plan to spend most of their time enjoying the resort's activities and amenities rather than relaxing in their room. The main trade-off is the lack of room service and specialty amenities found in higher categories.
When we visit most Sandals Resorts, we typically spend most of the day on the beach or enjoying the water sports. Because we don’t spend much time in the room, Luxury usually fits our needs, unless we want to level up to celebrate a special occasion.
Club Level Rooms

Club Level rooms often boast better views and locations than Luxury rooms. The main drawback is the higher price point compared to Luxury. Club Level is ideal for those who want elevated service and amenities while maintaining a mid-range budget.
This is my personal favorite of the three categories. On our first Sandals trip, we met some friends at the hosted cocktail parties that we ended up chatting with each day throughout our trip.
Butler Level Rooms

For the highest level of luxury, choose a Butler Level room or Love Nest Suite. These accommodations feature:
Personal butler service from a dedicated, certified butler
24-hour room service
Luxury airport transfers in a Rolls Royce or Mercedes-Benz (select suites and resorts)

Spacious suites with top amenities and stunning views

Butler Suites, particularly the Love Nest Suites, are the most romantic and secluded accommodations. Expect things like private pools, oversized balconies, spa-like bathrooms, and 180° ocean views. The trade-off is the premium price, but the level of service you’ll experience may be worth the splurge.
Our favorite perk about the Butler service is that they’ll reserve a spot for you at the front of the beach each morning. I love not worrying about having to find a spot, knowing I’ll be front and center with a great view!
Factors to Consider
To decide which room category is right for you, consider:
Budget: How much are you willing to spend for added luxuries and services? Club Level offers a nice middle ground between Luxury and Butler.
Occasion: For a honeymoon or anniversary, a butler suite offers the most romance and pampering to celebrate. For a friends' trip or casual getaway, Luxury or Club Level may suffice.
Desired Service Level: If you want to be waited on hand and foot, choose Butler. If you appreciate some extra perks but don't require constant attention, Club Level is great. Luxury is best if you prefer to be more self-sufficient.
Must-Have Amenities: If a particular view, suite feature, or amenity is a must, check which room categories offer that specific option before deciding.
