How do I qualify?
Booking Timeline
Bookings must have been made with Sandals/Beaches and final payment must not have been made yet.

Your booking must have been made directly with Sandals/Beaches online or over the phone.
What if I Paid in Full at Booking?
If final payment has been made, we most likely will not be able to work with your booking. In some circumstances, if final payment was required upon booking, we can transfer the booking within the next 24 hours.
