Sandals Upton Estate Golf and Country Club
Jamaica is home to one of Sandals' premier golf destinations - the Upton Estate Golf & Country Club in Ocho Rios. This par 71 course features 18 holes with narrow fairways and small drop-off greens providing a fun challenge. The course also provides a great view of the Caribbean Sea.

Guests at other Sandals Jamaica resorts, including Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals Negril, and Sandals South Coast, still get free green fees but would need to arrange their own transportation to the course.
The Upton Estate Golf & Country Club provides full-service facilities including a pro shop, club storage, practice range, and on-course jerk shack and restaurant. PGA lessons, club and shoe rentals, and mandatory caddies are available for additional fees.
Sandals Golf in Saint Lucia

Saint Lucia boasts not one but two scenic golf courses for Sandals guests. At Sandals Regency La Toc resort, you can enjoy 9 holes of challenging golf at the on-site La Toc Golf Club. For a full 18 holes, head to the Sandals Golf & Country Club at Cap Estate, a 7,000+ yard championship course designed by Greg Norman.
