The atmosphere is one of refined luxury and effortless ease.

Sandals Royal Curaçao is one of it’s newest properties. In my opinion, the beach wasn’t that great, but it has the best pool of any of the Sandals properties. It’s a double infinity pool, which makes for an amazing spot to spend the day. The resort is expansive, yet walkable and has many new options included with the Sandals 2.0 experience. Curacao itself is an amazing island with many unique offerings to explore.
Best For: Adventurous couples who want to explore a unique island culture while enjoying one of the newest resort properties.

Set within a 500-acre nature preserve on Jamaica's south coast, this resort is all about the ocean. From its Over-the-Water Bungalows and overwater bar to the three beachfront, European-style villages, the beach is the central theme. It has the longest beach of any Sandals property. We actually never had a hard time finding a quiet spot. It also sports the largest set of courts in the brand.
Best For: Couples looking for a beach centered vacation with plenty of spots to relax.

This is the original Sandals, and it sits on Jamaica's largest private white-sand beach. Having been refreshed over the last several years, Sandals Montego Bay is vibrant lively and unapologetically social. It embodies the "stay at one, play at all" concept, offering easy access to nearby Sandals Royal Caribbean. I personally enjoyed the unique array of dining options and the views from the overwater bar on the beach.
Best For: Social couples who love a lively scene, great food, and a private beach.

This is the resort that set the bar for me with Sandals. Having opened in 2023, it’s one of the newest properties in the brand. The resort feels fresh and modern, with innovative dining concepts and nice accommodations. While the beach isn’t as big, there’s plenty of space. I also enjoyed many of the Sandals 2.0 dining concepts, especially the Rum Club!
Best For: Couples who want an elevated experience with Sandals newest property in Jamaica.

Sandals Saint Vincent is the brand's newest and most breathtaking resort. It offers a secluded and intimate experience with stunning Over-the-Water and Beachfront Villas. With 12 unique dining concepts, this resort is a foodie’s paradise set in an untouched corner of the Caribbean. We went here for my wife’s 40th birthday and splurged for the swim-up-room. It was definitely the nicest Sandals experience I’ve ever had.
Best For: Couples seeking the Sandals 2.0 experience with one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Caribbean and a fresh set of dining options.

The Grande St. Lucian is the crown jewel of the resorts located in St. Lucia. Situated on its own peninsula, you have views of the beach and ocean on both sides. The calm-water beach also makes it ideal for water sports. You also have option to visit the other 2 St. Lucian resorts through the Stay-and-Play program.
Best For: Active couples who love water sports and want amazing views from every angle.

Sitting on 220 acres, this resort also features a golf course and a crescent-shaped beach. You have the option to stay in two different areas, from bluff-top villas that sit on a neighboring cliff to beachfront suites. In my opinion, the hilltop are makes it one of the most unique resorts for enjoying a view. Like the Grande St. Lucian, you can also utilize the Stay-and-Play program for the other 2 resorts on the island.
Best For: Couples who desire vacation with diverse activities and amazing scenery.

This isn’t technically a Sandals, but Beaches is the sister-brand for families. You’ll find the same level of luxury here with more options for the kids. This is a massive property with five distinct villages modeled after Italy, France, the Caribbean, Key West, and a waterpark. There are options for all ages, including a 45,000-square-foot waterpark, 21 gourmet restaurants, and water sports. I personally thought this was one of the best beaches in the Caribbean.
Best For: Active families and social groups looking for a vacation with endless activities, dining options, and fun for all ages.
