In comparison, Montego Bay’s airport is a 90-minute drive away. However, you’ll also find many flight options, with some in the morning. Plus, transportation is included with Sandals!

I will add that you have the option to enjoy the nightlife next door at Sandals Ochi, which made it the perfect blend for my last visit.

If Royal Plantation is about winding down, Sandals Ochi is the place to turn up the fun. It’s easily the biggest Sandals resort I’ve seen, and it feels like they took two resorts and combined it into one massive property. There are over 500 rooms and villas, and the whole place is split into two parts: the hillside (sometimes called the Great House and Butler Village) and the beachside (Riviera Seaside). A small shuttle called "The Hop" runs guests between these two sides all day.
Who Sandals Ochi Is Best For

Beachside/Riviera Seaside: Closer to all the action. Steps away from the big pool, restaurants, and the beach club. There’s liveliness day and night here, and it’s perfect if you don’t want to miss a thing.
Not every room comes with a butler; at Ochi, you choose from Luxury, Club Level, or Butler Elite. Club Level adds a few perks but isn’t as personalized as Royal Plantation’s all-butler setup. Entry-level rooms are often among the best value in the Sandals lineup. I also found that you can land a unique club level room here for cheaper than other resorts.
